Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina, OH for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead. The SEO Team Lead will oversee and guide SEO initiatives, including conducting keyword research, developing strategies for on-page optimization, and managing link building campaigns. The role also entails leading analytical assessments, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance visibility and achieve business targets. The successful candidate will serve as a leader, providing direction and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO optimization
• Experience in Link Building to develop and manage high-quality backlink strategies
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools for measuring and analyzing SEO performance
• Strong knowledge of Marketing principles, with a focus on organic search strategies
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide a team toward achieving SEO goals
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a technical SEO or team leadership role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is ideal
