Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on SEO Lead to drive organic performance across enterprise websites, ensuring strong SEO health, technical excellence, and transition toward GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI Optimization) .
  • Manage SEO across CMS (Crownpeak preferred) and maintain high SEO health scores
  • Execute technical SEO (schema, Core Web Vitals, indexing, site speed, metadata)
  • Perform on-page optimization and implement fixes end-to-end
  • Use SEMrush for audits, keyword tracking, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with Dev, Marketing, and Compliance teams (Agile)
  • Lead evolution to AI-driven search (GEO/AIO)
  • Guide SEO content author and ensure optimized content delivery

Requirements

  • Experience managing SEO across CMS (Crownpeak preferred)
  • Proficiency with technical SEO (schema, Core Web Vitals, indexing, site speed, metadata)
  • Experience performing on-page optimization and end-to-end fixes
  • Experience using SEMrush for audits, keyword tracking, and monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate with Dev, Marketing, and Compliance teams (Agile)

Preferred

  • Familiarity with GEO/AIO concepts
  • Experience leading AI-driven search initiatives
  • Prior experience in enterprise SEO
