Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead organic growth strategy across SEO/GEO/AEO, aligning priorities to business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain an opportunity and prioritization framework based on demand, intent, feasibility, and expected impact.
  • Establish measurement, reporting, and analytical frameworks that connect organic visibility to behavior, activation, and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content to deliver high-leverage improvements (crawlability, indexation, performance, structured data, templates).
  • Strengthen performance in AI-driven discovery and answer experiences through entity clarity, content quality signals, and structured representation of expertise.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations with executive-ready clarity, ensuring consistent governance and cross-functional adoption.
  • Identify programmatic search initiatives that can be scaled across enterprise websites.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in SEO/organic growth roles, with demonstrable impact on qualified acquisition, activation, and/or revenue.
  • Proven experience building and executing an organic growth strategy that goes beyond rankings—showing how work translated into pipeline/revenue, retention, or unit-economics improvements.
  • Ability to distill complex SEO data into high-impact, jargon-free narratives that provide fast, accurate solutions to client problems while building the long-term trust necessary to secure stakeholder buy-in for large-scale organic strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Content to ship changes in production environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured experimentation programs (hypotheses, test design, success metrics, post-analysis, iteration) and turn learnings into repeatable systems.
  • Able to build a credible roadmap using impact/effort tradeoffs and quantitative opportunity sizing.
  • Ability to set and define content strategies for traditional search and LLM visibility.
  • Experience working hands-on with enterprise product and engineering teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and tagging/instrumentation concepts (events, conversions, funnels, cohorts).
  • Strong analytical capabilities: SQL (or equivalent) for data extraction and analysis.
