Responsibilities

• Sales floor: greet, style, and assist customers; build repeat clientele
• Visual merchandising: maintain floor sets, displays, and store presentation reflecting our artistic aesthetic
• Social media: create and post content for Instagram and Facebook, including Facebook Lives
• Website modeling: all associates model product for our website — comfort in front of a camera is part of the role
• Email marketing: build and send campaigns via Klaviyo (segmentation, flows, promos)
• POS/inventory: process transactions and manage stock using Shopify and Retail Pro (our two integrated POS/inventory systems)

Requirements

• Retail sales experience, plus-size apparel a strong plus
• A true team player and self-starter who works well independently — minimal hand-holding needed
• Someone seeking a long-term role and invested in growing with the business
• Comfort and confidence talking style, fit, and body positivity with a mature, discerning clientele
• Comfortable being photographed and on camera (including live video) for website/social content
• Solid computer skills and genuine enthusiasm for learning new tech/platforms
• Experience with Shopify and Retail Pro strongly preferred; Klaviyo experience a plus
• Reliable, personable, and detail-oriented
