Responsibilities

• assist with market research, gathering and analyzing data on target audiences, competitors, and trends.
• help draft marketing materials, support social and digital campaigns, and coordinate basic sales and customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and support activities that contribute to lead generation and customer engagement.
• Interest in developing and applying Marketing Strategy concepts in practical projects and campaigns.
• Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and a positive client experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online collaboration platforms); familiarity with social media is beneficial.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, creative setting.
