Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project timelines, deliverables, and task ownership across clients
• Coordinate event and meeting logistics — sourcing, room setup, food/beverage, audio-visual, and onsite execution
• Facilitate advisory board attendee communication and surveys, and maintain recruitment/ engagement tracking
• Lead team readiness for internal and client calls to keep project plans/deliverables on track
• Monitor client and partner communications to ensure responses are thorough, accurate, and timely
• Manage materials routing through client review — submission, status tracking, and dissemination to the team (Veeva PromoMats, etc)
• Coordinate travel logistics and provide onsite support at conventions and client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant project management experience
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office products
