Job Summary

Own the market narrative and product-launch storytelling for Tutor Intelligence to drive demand across mid-market and enterprise buyers, turning buyer questions into public assets and building ROI driven content by vertical.

  • Own messaging architecture across product lines and buyer motions.
  • Turn objections into assets before the first sales call and scale with an AI powered content engine.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to feed the roadmap and convert launches into high impact public moments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Tutor's messaging architecture across our product lines (palletizing, case pick, and what comes next) and across our two distinct motions: high-velocity mid-market and high-touch enterprise.
  • Turn the questions and objections buyers actually raise into public-facing assets that answer them before the first sales call.
  • Own our website: keep it current with our positioning, and expand it with vertical landing pages (food & beverage, cosmetics, nutraceutical co-packers, 3PL/logistics), associated SEO/GEO, and other high-leverage additions that help buyers find and understand us faster.
  • Build a case-study machine: a quantified customer story for every deployment, by default, published and in the sales motion.
  • Productize real customer outcomes into ROI collateral — payback one-pagers, calculators, and benchmark content segmented by vertical.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to recruit referenceable customers and capture wins systematically.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering leaders to deeply understand the roadmap and translate new capabilities into crisp value propositions and messaging.
  • Own product launches end to end — narrative, assets, press coordination, and sales rollout — maximizing the public splash and impact of everything we ship.
  • Bring market and buyer insight back to Product and Engineering as an input to roadmap and positioning decisions.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to produce the AE/SDR content arsenal: vertical one-pagers, objection-handling assets, whitepaper-style explainers on major topics (safety, integration, ROI), and core narrative assets.
  • Design and run agentic content pipelines that let a small team produce at the volume of a large one, with monthly/quarterly production KPIs.
  • Set the standard for quality: AI-scaled output with human-grade taste.
  • Partner with our Events & Field Sales Lead on trade show messaging, demo narratives, and pre/post-show content.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in B2B product marketing or full-stack marketing, including meaningful time at an early-stage startup where you shipped the work yourself.
  • Exceptional writer and maker — you produce finished, publishable work, not briefs for someone else to execute.
  • Experience marketing technical products to non-technical operational buyers (plant managers, ops and supply chain leaders) and supporting a direct sales motion in tight partnership with AEs and SDRs.
  • Experience bringing a novel product or category to market — creating demand and understanding where little existed, rather than capturing it in a crowded space.
  • AI-native : you already use LLMs and agents as core tools in your daily work and are excited to build content production systems around them.
  • High-agency, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity — you'd rather own the whole problem than a slice of it.
  • Based in / willing to relocate to the Boston area — this role is in person at our Watertown HQ; travel up to ~20% (customer sites, trade shows), though likely less.

Preferred

  • Robotics, industrial automation, manufacturing, supply chain & logistics, or other capital-equipment / hardware categories.
  • Marketing into CPG, food & beverage, cosmetics/personal care, or contract manufacturing.
  • Working demand-gen literacy (you can run or closely direct campaigns, nurture, and measurement even if it's not your core craft).
  • Video and visual storytelling chops.
  • Software or computer science background — experience programming or an engineering degree.

Benefits

  • Tutor offers competitive benefits including fully employer-covered health insurance, a managed 401(k), and regular in-office meals. We also offer unlimited PTO and holidays. We host social events and maintain a collaborative, low-ego work culture where people are trusted to take ownership and solve real problems.
