Drive contract Digital Strategist work to connect rural communities to Plan A Health services through social media, campaigns, and mobile clinic outreach.

  • Coordinate and translate mobile clinic calendars across two states into user-friendly web and social formats.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Execution - Manage day-to-day social media activity (primarily Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok) and publish accessible, engaging content focused on services, health education, and community impact
  • Digital Campaigns & Outreach - Plan and execute cost-effective digital campaigns promoting services, events, and health initiatives
  • Mobile Clinic Calendar Management - Maintain accurate, up-to-date public-facing calendars for mobile clinic schedules across two states
  • Audience Engagement & Growth - Build awareness and trust among rural and underserved communities
  • Analytics & Reporting - Track key performance indicators and provide monthly performance summaries
  • Website & Digital Updates - Update website content, particularly clinic schedules

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital communications, or content strategy
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly to broad, non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and website CMS platforms
  • Proven experience managing content calendars and publishing consistently
  • High attention to detail—especially for maintaining accurate clinic schedules
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with a small, distributed team
  • Familiarity with or commitment to serving rural and underserved communities

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit communications
  • Experience managing event calendars or logistics-related communications
