Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand generation that turns marketing spend into qualified opportunities and revenue, with tight emphasis on CAC, ROI, and seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs.

  • Growth ownership: drive multi-channel campaigns, ABM for enterprise real estate, and funnel optimization.
  • Measurement and attribution: build dashboards, track CAC/ROI, and connect marketing to closed revenue.
  • Ops and enablement: run HubSpot operations, nurture programs, data hygiene, and sales enablement for better conversion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Optimize marketing programs to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve marketing-to-sales handoffs and overall funnel performance.
  • Continuously test messaging, channels, and campaigns to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives focused on enterprise real estate owners.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance and pipeline health.
  • Track and report on key metrics including CAC, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, marketing-sourced pipeline, and campaign ROI.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Develop attribution reporting that connects marketing investments to closed revenue.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated success managing demand generation programs with measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and CRM data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience tracking and improving Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), marketing ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience building dashboards and executive reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Experience in commercial real estate, construction, professional services, or other B2B industries is preferred.
