Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Always On marketing across site ads, order pages, automated campaigns, and targeted member offers.
  • Identify and execute high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our existing member base.
  • Design and scale experimentation frameworks across lifecycle touchpoints, messaging, offers, timing, targeting, and channel strategy.
  • Partner closely with Product, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to bring revenue-generating ideas to market.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, accelerate analysis, scale testing, optimize creative iteration, and enhance operational decision-making.
  • Identify the messaging, content themes, and offers that resonate most with members by combining performance data, market trends, and AI-assisted insights, then translate those learnings into clear direction for copywriters and creative partners.
  • Translate complex data and experimentation results into actionable business recommendations and growth opportunities.
  • Help evolve segmentation strategy, personalization capabilities, and targeted marketing experiences across the member journey.
  • Work closely with experimentation tools, analytics environments, and machine learning-supported marketing platforms.
  • Build scalable workflows and processes that help successful marketing programs grow over time.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2C growth marketing, revenue marketing, performance marketing, subscription marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role where marketing performance was directly tied to revenue, sales, conversion, or another meaningful commercial outcome.
  • Experience driving upsell, cross-sell, upgrades, repeat purchases, subscriptions, renewals, or other revenue growth from an existing customer base.
  • Experience owning multi-channel marketing programs, ideally including onsite placements, automated messaging, email, upgrade flows, testing programs, or other direct-response environments.
  • Strong marketer mindset with a willingness to work directly in the platforms, tools, workflows, and execution details that drive performance.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation strategy, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
  • High technical fluency with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflows, with experience using them to accelerate experimentation, improve marketing performance, and scale growth.
  • Strong direct-response instincts and understanding of performance marketing principles.
  • Experience writing or optimizing marketing copy and messaging using AI-assisted workflows.
