Own fundraising copy creation and ongoing program management for multiple clients, including calendars, segmentation, testing, reporting, and rapid-response coverage during news cycles and deadlines.

Develop voice-consistent email and SMS narratives for each client
Monitor revenue, conversions, and list health to guide optimization

Responsibilities

Write fundraising email and SMS copy in each client’s voice
Own program calendars, segmentation, testing, and sends
Report on revenue, conversion, and list health
Handle rapid response around news cycles and filing deadlines

Requirements

A cycle or more of political or advocacy fundraising email experience, or comparable direct response results
Genuinely strong writing and a clear ask
Comfort in campaign CRMs and email platforms
Fluency with the metrics that matter and the judgment to act on them
The discipline to juggle several clients and hit every deadline
