Job Summary

Own data-driven activation and retention for email and push channels, turning analytics into action for lifecycle campaigns and loyalty programs.

  • Channel + lifecycle ownership: email and push optimization, dynamic content, and transactional messaging.
  • Data to action: segmentation, CLV, weekly/monthly reporting, and A/B test-driven strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: marketing, engineering, creative, merchandising, and copy to drive activation and win-back programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis to support email, mobile push messaging, SMS, the Loyalty Club, and other retention channels
  • Write queries and scripts to serve personalized content in emails and mobile push messages
  • Define, implement, and automate weekly and monthly reports of key performance metrics, action items and alerts, and A/B test results
  • Provide actionable email and push strategy recommendations based on key performance metrics, A/B test results, and various data sources
  • Perform customer segmentation and customer lifetime value analysis to support retention strategy
  • Establish and build relationships with stakeholders including marketing, engineering, merchandising, creative, copy etc.
  • Help drive REVOLVE’s customer activation and retention strategy by using data to optimize lifecycle, batch, and transactional email campaigns
  • Help develop programs to maximize customer retention, with a focus on repeat purchase, win-back, cross-sell, and upsell efforts
  • Create data-driven, dynamic campaigns, audience segmentation strategies and testing plan to maximize ROI targets
  • Prepare, test and schedule daily email sends

Requirements

  • A BA/BS Degree is required
  • Outstanding analytical skills, with strong academic background in data analytics, technology, math, or science.
  • Strong SQL background, ability to dive into the dataset and arrive at a conclusion
  • Proven business acumen and results oriented.
  • Ability to demonstrate logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a very collaborative, creative, and fast paced environment
  • Comfortable sharing concepts and taking feedback
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Interest in e-commerce and marketing
  • Eagerness to learn new skills

Preferred

  • 1+ years of analytical experience is a plus but not required
  • MS/MSc/MEng in a quantitative field is a plus but not required
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Python preferred
  • Basic programming skills in any language (java, vba, python, c++…) are a plus
  • Experience with E-commerce marketing is a plus
  • SQL and Database experience or training is a plus
