Job Summary
Own hands on studio operations and client support during events and daily activities, with emphasis on tours, painting assistance, and ADDT related documentation and safety.
- Studio operations and events planning across after hours and in-house programs.
- Customer service, tours, painting support, and daily client activities.
- Safety, compliance, and transport duties including kiln procedures, health & safety checks, and participant driving.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hosts special parties/events schedule during and after regular business hours, including “pottery to go”.
- Assist in scheduling groups/parties by following booking process.
- Conduct tours for families and other professionals.
- Assist customers in all areas of painting.
- Conduct customer courtesy calls as needed.
- Exhibits professional customer service.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining communications with community partners and public relations/marketing events.
- Assist supervisor with daily operations, including errands such as banking and shopping for supplies.
- Assist in planning/implementing studio events and client ADDT activities.
