Duties

• Oversee inventory management processes such as stock replenishment, ordering, and loss prevention measures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct interviews for potential new hires; participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, cash handling, bookkeeping, and store documentation.

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising retail sales teams with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, retail math, and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and merchandising tasks efficiently.
• Skilled in negotiation, marketing strategies, and pricing to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ability to train staff on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
