Job Summary

Own the in-store ambassador role driving friendly conversations, lead generation for the sales team, and promotion of HVAC services at Home Depot locations.

  • In-Store Engagement: Build relationships with customers and store associates to generate qualified leads and promote offers.
  • Promotions and Materials: Manage displays, signage, and ensure promotional materials are accurate and visible.
  • Feedback and Collaboration: Gather customer insights and share findings with the team to refine promotions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent our company inside Home Depot and local retail locations
  • Engage with customers and start friendly conversations
  • Promote HVAC services, seasonal specials, and maintenance offers
  • Generate qualified leads for our sales team
  • Assist with in-store displays, signage, and marketing materials
  • Ensure promotional materials are accurate and visible
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Build relationships with store associates and team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license (travel between locations on occasion)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Weekend availability required

Preferred

  • Retail, customer service, or sales experience
  • Brand ambassador or promotional experience
  • Interest in marketing, business, or HVAC industry
