Job Summary

Build a local in-store ambassador program to promote HVAC services, capture qualified leads, and surface customer feedback that informs retail promotions.

  • In-store brand representation and customer conversations to promote HVAC services and seasonal offers.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team while gathering feedback to refine promotions.
  • Support displays and signage, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and strong store relationships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent our company inside Home Depot and local retail locations
  • Engage with customers and start friendly conversations
  • Promote HVAC services, seasonal specials, and maintenance offers
  • Generate qualified leads for our sales team
  • Assist with in-store displays, signage, and marketing materials
  • Ensure promotional materials are accurate and visible
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Build relationships with store associates and team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license (travel between locations on occasion)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Weekend availability required

Preferred

  • Retail, customer service, or sales experience
  • Brand ambassador or promotional experience
  • Interest in marketing, business, or HVAC industry
