Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption – Demo the cart with customers so they will use the Caper Cart.
• Create Buzz – Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Caper Cart experience.
• Show & Tell – Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart’s coolest features.
• Be the Go-To Expert – Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
• Collect Insights – Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
• Collaborate – Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
• Deliver WOW Moments – Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned
• The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking, and to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to travel via car.

Preferred

• Retail, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service previous experience is a plus.
