Job Description

Retail events assistant drives customer engagement and product sales at in-store events.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers during in-store retail events to create a positive brand experience
  • Educate shoppers on product features, benefits, and current promotions to drive sales
  • Assist in collecting and reporting customer feedback and event performance metrics
  • Support event planning, scheduling, and logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Represent the company and clients professionally at all sales events and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative sales strategies
  • Maintain an organized event space and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store policies

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel locally to event sites across the greater Dallas area
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or events is a plus but not required
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively during events
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
