Restaurant Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating restaurant marketing campaigns
• Create and organize promotional content for social media and digital channels
• Support promotions, special events, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement activities
• Coordinate marketing materials, signage, menus, and promotional displays
• Monitor customer feedback, engagement, and promotional responses
• Assist with email, social media, and other customer communications
• Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams on marketing initiatives
• Support community outreach, partnerships, and local promotional activities
• Maintain marketing calendars, records, and campaign documentation
• Research local trends, customer preferences, and promotional opportunities

Requirements

• Previous marketing, restaurant, hospitality, retail, communications, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Preferred

• Experience creating social media or promotional content
• Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement tools
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality marketing practices
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills are an asset
• Strong teamwork and project coordination abilities
