Ensure strategies are grounded in user value creation and market needs by maintaining an in-depth understanding of market expectations and industry trends.
Prioritize cross-product and cross-functional marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
Consult with product and business leaders on the scope and definition of key marketing initiatives, including the development of new campaigns and features.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, including global brand marketing and regional marketing teams, to ensure marketing effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver strategic marketing plans and regular updates to SBD leadership.
Manage go-to-market team responsible for content, campaigns and events
Lead quarterly planning sessions to align team objectives with annual goals.
Ensure the team is tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with technology solutions supporting the construction industry required.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience in software product management and customer-facing commercialization highly preferred.
