Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry, this is a firm requirement
- Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns — especially within a regulated or compliance-driven environment; this remains a priority skill for this role
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment while actively working to build more proactive client engagement
- Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams
- Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and across Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without losing clarity
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration
