Referral Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, dental offices, and community partners through regular communication and in-person outreach.
• Coordinate and conduct referral visits, lunch-and-learn presentations, networking meetings, and community engagement events.
• Travel locally to referring offices, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to support relationship development and practice growth.
• Develop strategic referral and marketing initiatives to support patient acquisition and practice growth.
• Manage communication between the practice and referral sources to ensure exceptional service and partnership satisfaction.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand awareness strategies.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external events, including educational meetings, office promotions, and team-building activities.
• Assist with management of social media presence, website updates, online reputation management, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop customized referral growth strategies to support provider expansion and new doctor onboarding.
• Monitor referral trends and growth metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership regarding marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Marketing or related field preferred but not required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools preferred
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
