Job Summary
Own diverse content and communications for a tight Denver real estate team, delivering timely market updates, visually clean assets, and workflow discipline that keeps brokers fed with real stories, not just numbers.
- Newsletter and content cadence: end-to-end production of team and broker newsletters with timely market data
- Education and outreach: educate clients and educate the market with clear, publish-ready materials and in-depth reports
- Operational rhythm: coordinate timelines, maintain lists, and ensure consistent branding across website, print collateral, and events
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly team newsletter and individual broker newsletters, start to finish
- Pull current market data into the mix so every send feels timely, not templated
- Write clean, light copy and build graphics in InDesign
- Stay on top of, follow & research current RE marketing trends
- Creatively educate, support, and keep in touch with our clients
- Share weekly what's working, what's not, and next steps
- Build seller reports that tell the real story behind our brokers' marketing, not just the numbers
- Curate brochures and print collateral that make every listing look as good as it deserves
- Double-check the quality of the material before sending it to clients
- Keep our website current, accurate, and on-brand
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Real marketing experience; real estate marketing experience is a strong plus
- Solid Canva or Adobe InDesign skills (bonus for familiarity with other design tools)
- Sharp writing and editing that doesn't require multiple proofreading and rewrites
- Bonus points: real estate assistant background, & sharp instincts for the Denver market
