Responsibilities

• Work directly under and report to the Account Executives
• Maintain immaculate client reports, press trackers and alike
• Oversee client press clippings and event recaps
• Take ownership of product request forms and coordinate samples to editors, influencers and alike
• Monitor press and social channels daily for placements as well as trend forecasting
• Participate in team brainstorms and come up with pitch ideas and influencer targets across the brands
• Create social media target/ creator target lists for seeding and paid engagement across clients

Requirements

• Knowledge and passion for the beauty and fashion industry
• Strong communications skills (writing and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Exchange & G Suite
• Willingness to learn
• Work well within a team – NO drama!
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
