Move interested shoppers to book a free in-home consultation
Coordinate with Design Consultants to lock in appointments

Job Description

Responsibilities

Start conversations with shoppers, create interest in bathroom remodeling, and schedule FREE in-home consultations with our Design Consultants.
You are not expected to sell a bathroom or close a remodeling project.
Your job is to get people interested enough to take the next step.
Schedule appointments for our Design Consultants (MAIN GOAL)
Keep the booth looking clean and welcoming
This is NOT a sit-behind-the-table-and-wait-for-people-to-come-to-you job.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the country.
Previous experience in retail sales, inside sales, outside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, hospitality sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role is a strong fit.
Reliable transportation is required for this position.
