  • Oversee and coordinate visual marketing projects for real estate clients from planning to delivery.
  • Strong expediting and project-management focus to meet deadlines.
  • Scripting/copywriting background plus solid inspection and logistics to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • overseeing and coordinate visual marketing projects for real estate clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

  • expediting workflows
  • maintaining clear communication with clients
  • scripting for a "Shoot."
  • ensuring seamless logistics management for delivering photography, videography, and marketing materials to meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Proficient in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
  • Scripting or Copywriting background or knowledge in the space.
  • Experience in Inspection to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
  • Effective Logistics Management skills for tracking and coordinating resources and deliverables
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Familiarity with visual marketing strategies, particularly in real estate, is a plus
