Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This Marketing Intern role is an internship position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.
  • The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, drafting marketing materials, and helping manage social media and digital content.
  • Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, gathering and organizing data, and contributing ideas to marketing strategies and brand initiatives.
  • The intern will also help coordinate outreach and sales support tasks, such as preparing presentations, updating CRM records, and assisting with event or activation logistics.
  • This role offers hands-on experience in marketing while working closely with cross-functional team members in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Interest and foundational skills in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, including gathering insights and supporting campaign planning.
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes and marketing’s role in supporting revenue and client acquisition.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in the New York City Metropolitan Area, managing time and tasks independently.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; project management tools are a plus).
  • Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.

Preferred

  • Prior internship, campus project, or extracurricular experience related to marketing or branding is an advantage but not required.
