Project Director

OOOOH HI. You are a Project Director and you worked hard to get where you are today. You are responsible for leading a PM team and for planning and project execution. Your strategic thinking and problem solving will help ensure project flow, budget adherence and error minimization for all deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of programs to ensure they meet client and organizational goals and objectives
• Lead the end to end delivery process on programs inclusive of scope development, staff plans, and comprehensive project planning—and where needed, develop new processes and ways of working to overcome client and internal challenges
• Collaborate with key team members to develop and execute project plans, establishing clear milestones and task ownership
• Provide strategic input on business strategy, implementation approaches, and creative problem-solving
• Independently manage milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Proactively monitor and report upon project progress – including financial health ensuring risk management and mitigation planning where needed
• In partnership with Client Services, coordinate and facilitate client presentation materials and all aspects of various types of media
• Build strong partnerships across the organization to maintain project momentum and quality
• Ensure project goals are met through proper direction and insightful problem-solving
• Lead cross functional teams ensuring continuity, quality, and accuracy of all projects.
• Regularly communicate status of all projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports, and daily updates.
• Mentor Project Managers on your team

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in our office on Tuesday and Thursdays
• 7+ years of project management experience – preferably working with, or for, a creative agency with background in Performance Marketing and asset production
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront, Google Drive, and Basecamp is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent organization, communication and assertiveness
• Remains calm and focused when under pressure
• Has an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
• A positive, energetic attitude and ability to focus on finding solutions

Base Compensation Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
