Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Program Performance & Reporting
  • Define and refine program metrics, track performance against KPIs, and deliver executive-level reporting
  • Monitor and report on adoption of content standards, processes, and frameworks across business units
  • Manage cross-team dependencies to drive execution and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Establish and maintain a consistent reporting and governance cadence
  • Operations & Governance
  • Coordinate enterprise content initiatives across business units and cross-functional teams
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and coordination of content requests across stakeholders
  • Define and operationalize ways of working, including governance, processes, and cross-team collaboration to help program scale
  • Stakeholder Management, Communications & Enablement

Requirements

  • Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
  • Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.
  • Proven experience in program management, account management, agency operations, digital content strategy, or enterprise content operations preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional digital programs across multiple teams or business units
  • Understanding of content strategy, content operations, digital product development, governance, structured content, and digital content ecosystems

Preferred

  • content modeling, and modular content strategy is a plus.
