Job Summary

Own launch marketing for new products by aligning cross functional teams, shaping campaigns, and tracking performance across launch programs.

  • Coordination and execution of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing.

  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to understand new product features and benefits, providing critical input for marketing campaigns
  • \n
  • Create and activate marketing campaigns focused on new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, and social media to target end-users and dealers.
  • \n
  • Work closely with the sales and product team to support training and sales tools.
  • \n
  • Localize and maintain product collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, training and sales enablement materials specific products.
  • \n
  • Monitor and report on the performance of new product marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful launches.
  • \n
  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of new product marketing campaigns and recommend improvements
  • \n
  • Support tradeshows with product marketing knowledge and recommendations
  • \n
  • Support the updating of current product assets across all product line – floorcare, vacuums and HPW.
  • \n
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive insights, with a specific focus on product positions and strategies.

  • Coordinate marketing efforts for promotions of products that lag in unit volume or promotional support, including PAC

  • Support various programs as needed in relation to brand alignments, re-brands and private label.
