Job Description

Plan and execute go-to-market strategies in alignment with business objectives, performance metrics, and ROI targets.
Develop, communicate, and implement compelling marketing plans for Consumer product launches in the U.S. market.
Create integrated campaigns and marketing assets, defining key messaging and positioning across ATL and BTL channels.
Manage cross-functional implementation, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Partner with the Global Marketing Team at ASUS Headquarters to support global product strategy, balancing regional priorities with global direction through strong communication and diplomacy.
Serve as the local market expert, identifying opportunities in positioning, launch strategies, and competitive differentiation.
Represent ASUS at tradeshows and industry events, assisting with lead generation and communicating product value propositions and use cases.
Develop and maintain knowledge of MDF (Marketing Development Funds) requirements, compliance, and reporting processes to ensure accurate management of marketing budgets.
Accurately plan and manage budgets across campaigns, including sample orders and shipment tracking, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely reconciliation of spend.
