Job Summary

Own and shape semiconductor advanced packaging product and go-to-market strategy across lifecycle, with heavy emphasis on market insight, competitive intelligence, pricing support, cross-functional launches, and field collaboration.

  • Own end-to-end product and marketing strategy to drive market share, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead market analysis, Red Team assessments and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap and pricing.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to launch new products and optimize the lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business and product marketing strategies that drive market penetration, strengthen product positioning, and create sustainable competitive advantages, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
  • Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for new product development initiatives aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis activities for targeted products and product lines, including driving Red Team assessments to identify risks, opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
  • Support pricing strategy development to maintain market leadership, improve profitability, and enable successful product introductions through effective marketing tools and programs.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to define, develop, and launch new products while enhancing existing offerings. Translate market requirements into actionable product and technology roadmaps.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of both technical and business environments to help develop and execute strategies that achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with field teams and key stakeholders to maximize customer engagement, strengthen account partnerships, and identify opportunities for business growth and market penetration.
  • Manage products throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and introduction through commercialization, maturity, and end-of-life planning.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends, emerging technologies, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics within the semiconductor advanced packaging ecosystem.
