Job Summary

Own product marketing for consumer bikes by guiding GTM readiness, cross-functional launches, and market-aligned storytelling.

  • GTM & Launch: define audiences, KPIs, and end-to-end delivery from samples to assets.
  • Positioning & Messaging: craft customer-focused stories across markets and channels.
  • Performance & Alignment: monitor sell-through, traffic, and conversions to drive post-launch tweaks with product, sales, and marketing partners.

Job Description

  • Translate complex product specifications into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with brand, product, and sales objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive product positioning, storytelling, and successful launches.
  • Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, and copy for each model.
  • Collaborate with U.S. and international teams to ensure alignment and localization across markets.
  • Define launch strategies, including target audience, messaging, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Align product marketing plans with brand, product, and sales calendars.
  • Lead GTM readiness and cross-functional coordination from product samples to content and creative delivery.
  • Ensure all deliverables support a successful and timely launch.
  • Create sales tools including presentations, one-pagers, POP materials, and training content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of product marketing experience supporting consumer products, including product launches, go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging development.
  • Experience working with consumer products; experience in cycling, outdoor, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, creative, sales, and operations teams.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics to inform decisions and measure performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in events, product demos, and on-site shoots.
  • Ability to ride and demonstrate bicycles is preferred.
  • Experience marketing consumer durable goods.
  • Experience in cycling, mobility, outdoor recreation, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce marketing and DTC business models.
