Responsibilities

• Product Advocacy: Serve as the primary product champion and subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams (Sales, R&D) and external customers.
• Voice of the Customer (VoC): Conduct qualitative and quantitative VoC research to translate current and future market needs into actionable product requirements, technical specifications, and robust release plans.
• Market Exploration: Research, analyze, and identify global market opportunities to fuel the product pipeline and expansion strategies.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Design and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products, tracking post-launch adoption and iterating based on performance metrics.
• New Product Introduction: Drive new products commercial launch planning, develop differentiated positioning, and create value proposition specific to specific verticals, applications, and Ideal Customer Profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, or a related technical/scientific field.
• 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Proven ability to dissect complex challenges, find root causes, and implement structured solutions.
• Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn, synthesize, and comfortably discuss technical or scientific information. Ability to translate technical products into customer value.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and product gaps and develop 3–5-year product road maps.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
