Job Summary
Lead product messaging and go-to-market enablement for mortgage products across channels, maximizing clarity of positioning and channel readiness while testing new formats to broaden reach.
- Own cross-channel messaging and core positioning to guide borrowers, loan officers, brokers, and B2B partners.
- Enable sales with channel-specific campaigns, collateral, and launches in partnership with channel marketing leaders.
- Pilot distribution formats (video, print collateral, SMS, events) to accelerate messaging impact and conversions.

Lead product messaging and go-to-market enablement for mortgage products, driving clear positioning and channel readiness while shaping distribution formats to accelerate adoption.
- Own cross-channel product positioning: messaging for all mortgage programs including niche lines to guide borrowers, loan officers, brokers, and B2B partners.
- Enable sales through channel-aligned campaigns and materials, coordinating with Direct to Consumer, Retail/JV, and Wholesale Marketing.
- Pilot and scale messaging distribution: print collateral, video, SMS, events, and digital formats to improve reach and conversions.
