Own and execute Luma's go-to-market for enterprise and studio partnerships, shaping positioning, leading launches, and building scalable GTM systems.

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research to translate insight into requirements

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market approach to launch and scale Luma's enterprise and studio partnerships globally.
  • Craft the narratives and positioning that turn research concepts into clear, market-defining stories.
  • Establish Luma's first strategic brand, agency, and studio partnerships and open up new creative use cases.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Research to turn user and industry insight into product requirements.
  • Own end-to-end product launches, measured by market penetration and the real impact of the tools.
  • Build the marketing systems and collateral that let this scale.
  • Days 1–30 — Immerse & Diagnose: Learn the models, the creative verticals, and where Luma's story and GTM are strongest and weakest.
  • Days 30–60 — Ship & Validate: Own a launch or land a first strategic partnership, with positioning that lands in-market.
  • Days 60–90 — Scale & Systemize: Build the repeatable GTM systems and collateral behind enterprise and studio growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing or GTM, ideally in high-growth startups, creative software, or top-tier agencies.
  • A track record building GTM strategy from limited foundations and driving high-impact results with lean resources.
  • Impeccable taste and attention to the craft and feel of creative tools.
  • Exceptional communication and opinionated, compelling narratives that define new categories.
  • High agency and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the creative potential of AI.

Preferred

  • Experience at high-growth generative AI startups (Runway, Pika, Midjourney) or creative software companies (Adobe, Figma, Canva).
  • Established networks in creative verticals (VFX, film, advertising, gaming, architecture).
  • A public portfolio or non-traditional background (creative director, artist, or designer moving into PMM) showing a passion for visual craft.
