Job Summary

Own the core messaging and market intelligence for DC infrastructure products, turning complex data center features into buyer-ready value propositions and guiding go-to-market with cross-functional collaboration.

  • Messaging and Positioning: Define differentiated positioning for colocation, connectivity, and hyperscale buyers across enterprise, hyperscale, and carrier segments.
  • Market & Sales Enablement: Translate features into customer value, develop assets, and tailor support for complex deals.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain clear, differentiated product/project positioning and messaging tailored to colocation, dark fiber / connectivity, and hyperscale data center buyers and influencers.
  • Translate technical and marketable features (e.g. location, critical power availability, network connections, cooling technology, and integrated digital infrastructure) into customer-centric value propositions across enterprise, hyperscale, and carrier customers.
  • Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, personas, and competitive positioning.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts across data center design, construction, operations, IT, network and market development to determine new projects, key features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Develop sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, project briefs, webpages, battlecards, FAQs, and case studies.
  • Support complex sales cycles and campaigns with tailored messaging and deal-specific support as needed.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, buying drivers, and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitive offerings across colocation, hyperscale, connectivity and subsea cable markets.
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and marketing execution.
  • Collaborate in the development of marketing assets to support campaigns, thought leadership, and industry events.
  • Best-fit messaging and positioning work with key buyer segments across data center markets.
  • Competitive and market monitoring to inform go-to-market and product decisions.
  • Sales enablement and campaign support materials aligned to deal needs.
  • Experience marketing colocation, wholesale, hyperscale, network, or edge data center solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT, cloud service providers, and network service providers.
  • Experience working with analyst firms, industry associations, or large-scale industry events.
