Own launches and drive ongoing adoption by aligning Marketing, GTM, and Product to land a release and sustain post-launch momentum.

Launch ownership: Lead cross-functional launches across Marketing and GTM for a successful release day.
Post-launch growth: Drive awareness and adoption of high-PMF features beyond launch day with coordinated comms and programs.
Strategic partnership: Shape product strategy, positioning, and user insights with Product and Sales enablement teams.

Lead launches big and small, coordinating efforts across our Marketing and GTM org to land a successful launch day.
Drive continued awareness, growth, and adoption of high-PMF features well after launch day — launch is the start of the story, not the end of it.
Serve as a strategic partner to Product, informing strategy during product development, competitive positioning, and user insights.
Collaborate with Enterprise PMMs and Sales to build sales enablement materials that turn product capability into stories reps can use in the field.
Maintain and improve our release comms channels — including notion.com/releases and What's New emails — partnering with Demand Gen and Lifecycle on sequences, webinars, and more.
