Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market for product launches: positioning, messaging, customer communications, and coordinating across Product, CS, and Marketing. For strategic launches you'll collaborate across the organization. For customer and quality launches, you own it end to end, laddering up to the bigger story.
  • Drive feature adoption beyond the launch. Build programs that create sustained usage of strategic features. Figure out how customers actually learn and change behavior, then design the touchpoints that get them there.
  • Own the customer insight loop. Organize and facilitate research: focus groups, user interviews, webinars like our "Better with Bonusly" series. You'll work alongside CSMs, product designers, and our senior user researcher. You own the cadence and content strategy; you don't deliver it in isolation. Play findings back to Product and help shape the roadmap.
  • Surface and tell customer stories. Our customers are our biggest competitive advantage: previous users are our strongest buying signal, and people stop by our conference booth just to tell us they love Bonusly. Turn that into assets: case studies, social campaigns, content that lets our customers do the talking.
  • Partner with the customer enablement specialist on communications execution: audiences, channels, help center content, and product updates. You set the strategy; they help you scale it.
  • Track whether it's working. Measure feature adoption after launches, monitor engagement across customer channels, and use data to improve what you do.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or product-led company where you owned launches and post-launch adoption.
  • Are a strategic thinker who can connect customer insight to product direction and GTM execution. You see the whole system, not just your piece.
  • Know how to facilitate customer research and turn what you learn into product and marketing decisions. You're comfortable running focus groups, synthesizing qualitative feedback, and presenting findings that change what gets built.
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and take a scrappy, high-ownership approach. You don't wait for perfect briefs or big teams. You figure it out, drive alignment, and move.
  • Are a clear communicator with high standards for quality. You can write well, you care about measurement, and you bring grit and resourcefulness to a role with broad scope.
  • Use AI as a real tool in your work, not a novelty. You use it to draft, iterate, research, and move faster, and you have the editorial judgment to make the output sharp.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing AI-powered features or products to an existing customer base.
  • Background in HR tech, culture tech, or employee engagement platforms.
  • Experience with a customer base that's unusually passionate about the product and knowing how to amplify that.
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, ChurnZero, Customer.io, or similar lifecycle platforms.
