Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define the Story: Own positioning and messaging for each ideal customer profile (ICP) and persona, turning product capability into simple, resonant messaging across the full buyer journey.
  • Find the Story: Identify and shape the narratives supporting our demand generation — spotting the angle that will resonate with the audience in the room and building the content that brings it to life.
  • Arm the Field: Build the sales and customer success playbooks that equip the team to win with confidence.
  • Bring Launches to Life: Own the content that carries our story to market — website, product pages, email campaigns, PR & comms, events, and webinars.
  • Drive Adoption: Partner on customer marketing and expansion campaigns that keep customers engaged and growing with us.
  • Close the Loop: Build feedback loops from Sales, CS, and customers back into positioning, so our messaging keeps getting sharper.

Requirements

  • Storytelling Chops: You have deep empathy for customers and can adapt how you communicate to reach both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • AI Prowess: You know how to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale your impact without sacrificing quality, and you bring this mindset to everything you do.
  • Communication Skills: A proven ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: A self-starter who can build programs from scratch, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
  • Curiosity: You're genuinely interested in customers and products — you dig into how things work and become the expert.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a knack for managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
