Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy: Create the plan to bring new products to life, including the customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and activation plan.
  • Create compelling product storytelling: Build the strategy to find the right way in with our customer segments. Lead the cross-functional development of product detail pages (PDP), selling points (PSP), articles, and other content to engage with customers.
  • Understand our customers deeply: Drive consumer insight generation and develop/refine customer personas to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Report on product insights: Deliver quarterly reports on product performance, customer satisfaction, and key insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience in launching new products
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred

  • Experience with data analysis and SQL
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
