Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and positioning.
• Lead go-to-market, retail marketing, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Partner with marketing, merchandising, operations, sales, and engineering teams.
• Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor product performance and use analytics to optimize strategy.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Product Management.
• Experience with digital products, mobile apps, e-commerce, or retail technology.
• Strong knowledge of retail, digital commerce, merchandising, and omnichannel experiences.
• Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and GTM.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
