Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse product portfolio by establishing scope of the product offerings in terms of price points, features, and benefits within the context of the brand strategy and competitive set
  • Actively explore and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Bring meaningful innovation to continue to differentiate from competitors
  • Serve as a product expert
  • Prioritize the NPD pipeline of projects to ensure launches meet both the business needs and market expectations

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in a business or engineering-related field (MBA desirable) and 3+ years of practical marketing/product development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • The successful candidate will possess demonstrated project management skills, highly developed communication skills and solid design-sense
  • This person should have the demonstrated ability to objectively analyze data and should have experience in building products and channels
  • Must be able to excel in a team environment and have a well-developed understanding of sales and marketing strategies
