Job Summary

Own the product roadmap and marketing narrative for Audix professional audio lines, turning market insights into positioning, launches, and revenue growth.

  • Own Market- and product-led strategy: align product roadmap, positioning, and sales enablement across pro audio, commercial, and wireless portfolios.
  • Lead cross-functional launches with Innovation, Sales, and Marketing to drive compelling value propositions and revenue impact.
  • Turn competitive intelligence and customer insights into differentiated messaging and go-to-market plans that resonate with pro audio buyers and integrators.

Job Description

Responsibilities - The Director of Product Management & Marketing leads product roadmap, positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy for Audix’s professional audio, commercial and wireless portfolio. - This role partners cross-functionally with Innovation, Sales, and the shared Marketing resource team to drive successful product launches, support revenue growth, and deliver products with compelling value propositions. - Responsible for market insights, competitive analysis, and sales enablement, this leader ensures alignment between product strategy and commercial execution. Requirements - Minimum of 15 years of similar experience in audio or related industry in leadership role. - In depth knowledge of dynamic, condenser, mems, ribbon and other microphone/transducer technologies - In depth knowledge of pro audio, commercial/installed sound, musical instrument markets, competition and technologies - Live-sound engineering, studio recording, musical performance, production experience - Passion for audio, electronics, and technologies. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, audio technology or related field required. Nice_to_have - Master’s or advanced degree preferred. - Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
