Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive product information on PDPs, including specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Suggest product title, description, and bullet point optimization to improve search visibility and clarity for customers.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or inconsistencies on PDPs.
  • Curate and upload high-quality images to showcase products effectively, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Incorporate product videos where appropriate to provide customers with a richer understanding of the product.
  • Continuously evaluate and update visual content to maintain relevance and freshness.
  • Determine when a product warrants a variation page and work with relevant teams to create and implement these pages effectively.
  • Determine when a product bundle will increase conversions, sales, and inventory sell-through. Create, market, and track all bundles.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across variation pages to streamline the customer's decision-making process.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance PDPs through innovative content strategies such as interactive elements, comparison tools, or user-generated content.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital shelf, e-commerce, retail, or related roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for enhancing the online shopping experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Hand Tool, Power Tool, and/or Power Equipment Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms. Salsify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
