Job Summary

Own workforce design and coaching for a fast‑growing GTM, turning business strategy into a people plan and sustaining an AI‑enabled, high‑trust culture that tightens alignment between sales, marketing, and compensation.

  • Org design and workforce planning for the Americas GTM, based on data, performance signals, and portfolio priorities.
  • Leadership coaching and change management to raise retention, performance, and fair handling of quota‑carrying roles in an AI‑driven environment.
  • Cross‑functional partnership with People CoEs and GTM Ops to roll out global programs and track progress against engagement and attainment goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior Sales & Marketing leaders to translate business and GTM strategy into a clear people plan for the Americas GTM organization.
  • Diagnose org health across GTM teams and propose data‑driven interventions.
  • Support organizational design, restructures and workforce planning aligned to GTM and portfolio priorities.
  • Act as a thought partner on culture, change management, leadership effectiveness, and AI‑enabled GTM evolution.
  • Coach GTM leaders to build high‑performing teams with strong focus on top talent retention in revenue‑critical roles.
  • Navigate quota‑carrying roles and sales performance management to ensure fair, timely processes.
  • Partner with Sales Compensation to interpret and operationalize plan design and targets in day‑to‑day leadership decisions.
  • Coach managers on handling people issues early, building leadership capability around incentives and targets.
  • Support annual compensation and benefits processes for your client groups, including market reviews and pay changes.
  • Lead or co‑own people‑related transformation in GTM, adopting AI tools and new operating models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a GTM or customer-facing organization
  • Experience influencing VP‑level stakeholders and navigating ambiguity with limited oversight
  • Strong grounding across org design, performance and talent management, employee relations, rewards, and change management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading org design and change in knowledge‑work environments, ideally GTM‑heavy
  • Demonstrated comfort working with sales compensation and quota‑carrying populations
  • Comfort using data to diagnose issues, connect them to compensation and performance, and influence decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Proven track record coaching leaders to grow their people leadership capability, including in AI‑enabled environments
  • Experience with distributed or global teams across time zones
  • Experience supporting or driving AI‑enabled transformation across large teams
