Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports
- Draft press materials and assist with media outreach
- Support event planning and influencer engagement
- Maintain media databases
- Coordinate mailers and product send-outs
- Conduct research on venues, influencers, and trends
- Provide general administrative and reception support
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong interest in PR, media, and beauty/lifestyle industries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to collaborate as well as work independently
- Availability to support occasional events outside regular business hours
- Comfort with physical tasks such as packing mailers (lifting up to 25 lbs, as needed)
- Hours : Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; minimum of 3 days per week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET)
- Location: New York, Fashion District
- Minimum Experience: Entry-level
Preferred
- Previous agency or office experience
- Familiarity with beauty influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
