Responsibilities

• Consistently pitch and secure media coverage for clients
• Produce high-quality internal and external communications content, including writing, proofreading, and editing PR and marketing materials
• Develop compelling stories and narratives for clients
• Lead client communications, programs, events, and campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to budget
• Collaborate with various agency divisions to leverage network-wide expertise for clients.
• Cultivate strong connections with leading and emerging editorial talents.
• Develop and manage relationships with press contacts, key commentators, industry spokespeople, and beauty and wellness influencers
• Oversee junior team members in reviewing client agendas, recap reports, and clips
• Provide strategic counsel in collaboration with account leadership as needed
• Work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of PR agency experience working with cpg, fashion and lifestyle brands; luxury experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant brands, culture and the local landscape, including trends, market dynamics, media
• Demonstrated success in securing impactful media placements
• Strong networking abilities with a proven capacity to build relationships with key influencers, media, and industry leaders
• Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on organization and strategic planning.
• Superior written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and maintain strong professional relationships
