Responsibilities

• Build and run PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive quality leads and maximize ROI, using performance data to guide ongoing optimization against KPIs.
• Lead paid social lead-generation campaigns, working closely with our social media team to keep messaging and targeting consistent across channels.
• Conduct keyword research and continuously refine keyword strategy as market conditions and performance data shift.
• Write and test ad copy, running structured A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates.
• Own budget management and pacing across campaigns, with regular reporting on spend and performance to leadership.
• Partner with the broader marketing team to keep paid strategy aligned with company-wide marketing goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a track record of measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms (GA4, etc.).
• Experience running paid social lead-gen campaigns.
• A data-driven approach to optimization and budget decisions.
• Strong communication skills — you'll be reporting results to non-marketing stakeholders regularly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing company where priorities shift.
