Job Description:

Player’s Club Representatives are Guest Service Ambassadors for our property and are directly involved in fulfilling all marketing initiatives from Guest enrollment to event execution.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • A Guest Service Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to casino guests while promoting and navigating the casino’s loyalty program.
  • This role involves enrolling potential new casino players into the Unity program, explaining the programs benefits, issuing rewards, and assisting with guest inquiries to enhance the overall gaming experience.
  • Greeting and providing personalized service for guests that may include handling guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, provide information about casino amenities, promotions and entertainment.
  • Exhibit integrity, discretion and a calm professional manner while interacting with guests and VIPs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all casino data.
  • Participating in execution of marketing events such as concerts, celebrity meet and greets, giveaways, drawings, parties and tournaments.
  • Performing front of house and back of house duties for concerts and high profile celebrity events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Six (6) months of customer service experience, most preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
  • The ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays depending on assigned schedule.
  • The ability to maintain the tradition of superior Guest Service at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.
  • Strong passion for great Guest Service.
  • Must be able to navigate and work on a computer (PC or Mac).
  • Must possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Must be energetic, caring, and compassionate.
  • Desire to move up within the many global opportunities provided by Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International.
  • Belief and desire to represent our core values of: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication, Communication, and Fun.
  • Must possess a 5F personality of: Fun, Fast, Focused, Fresh, and Friendly.
  • Ability to anticipate and meet Guests needs.
  • Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work standing/walking for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to life/move up to 40 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.
  • Must be able to work standing/walking for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, frequent sitting, sometimes stooping and bending.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
